A series of gentle, powerful classes designed to help you move better, feel lighter, and heal from the inside out. Helping you beyond the massage table. These classes are for everyone from newborns to 90-year-olds, athletes to office workers, dancers to new moms.

With over 25 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industries, Sandra has dedicated her life to empowering her community through the transformative power of wellness. Her exceptional work has earned her two prestigious awards: Best Massage in the City 2024 and Best Health Centre 2025, both nominated by the community she serves.

Sandra’s journey began as a medical aesthetics instructor, where she discovered her true passion for teaching and helping others build confidence. Daria Shkadiuk is a gifted Ukrainian artist whose exceptional talent bridges the worlds of traditional and modern art. At the heart of her work lies Manipura Holistic Arts, where she blends ancient artistic techniques with contemporary flair, creating paintings that evoke serenity and balance. Daria’s journey as an artist is as rich and diverse as her creations-spanning from jewelry-making to stonework, each medium offering a new avenue for her creativity.

With a deep commitment to sharing her knowledge, Daria has taught art at both the high school and university levels in her home country. She’s also worked as an art tutor and assisted in a drawing class at Centennial College, nurturing the next generation of artists. Sudeshna Sinha, a Certified Yoga Instructor, transitioned from a 10-year corporate HR career to yoga after experiencing its transformative benefits firsthand. Struggling with stress and body pain, she sought authentic yoga teachings to address her unique needs. Now, she is dedicated to helping others discover yoga’s healing power, combining traditional wisdom with a deep understanding of modern lifestyle challenges. She completed a comprehensive 700-hour Yoga Instructor Training at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India; one of the world’s oldest and most respected yoga centers. With this intensive training, Sudeshna gained a profound knowledge of Yoga Asanas (poses), Pranayamas (breathing techniques), Meditation & Relaxation Practices, and Shat Kriyas (internal cleansing practices like Jal Neti).
